1 Which driver's license do I need for the E-Chopper Aero?
You need at least a Class AM driver's license (moped license, from 16 years of age) or a regular Class B car driver's license. You do not need a motorcycle license.
2 Do I have to register the Aero e-scooter with the road traffic office?
No. You simply register the vehicle with a car insurance company and receive an insurance license plate (approx. €40-80/year). No MOT, no vehicle registration document, no registration office. All COC documents are supplied with the vehicle.
3 How far can I go on one battery charge?
The E-Chopper Aero achieves a range of up to 75 km on a single charge. The actual range depends on driving style, weight, and route profile. The battery can be conveniently charged at home using a standard household socket – charging time approx. 4–5 hours.
4 What are the running costs of the Aero e-chopper?
Operating costs are very low: approx. €1 per 100 km for electricity, insurance approx. €40–80/year, no vehicle tax, no MOT, no oil changes. Only normal wear and tear parts such as brakes and tires are incurred.
5 How long does delivery take and is shipping free?
Delivery within Germany is free and takes 3–5 business days. After placing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. The vehicle is delivered fully assembled and ready to ride.
