How do we ship your order?
Our electric scooters are delivered pre-assembled, so that only the front wheel, handlebars and various small parts need to be assembled. We also ensure that our products are delivered in perfect condition. For example, for our electric scooters we rely on secure individual shipping using a disposable pallet to protect the vehicle against pressure and puncture forces.
